4 lb. baby back ribs
Cut ribs into 2 rib sections
Sprinkle with garlic powder
Place in a large dutch oven.
Add just enough water to cover.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Simmer means not quite boiling. If you boil them, they will be tough.
Meanwhile, heat grill.
Grill ribs for about 10 minutes. Turn occasionally and generously brush with barbecue sauce.
