Strong bones are pretty important, wouldn’t you say? Without strong bones, you won’t be moving around much. Here are some easy to eat foods to help you keep your bones strong –

Apples, apple cider vinegar, beer,cantaloupe, cashews, cheese, dark greens, dates, mangoes, melons, milk, oranges, spinach, and yogurt.

The 2 rules for strong bones are get enough calcium and get regular exercise.

Now here’s the thing – you cannot take calcium by itself. It must have magnesium to be absorbed into the bones and not into the blood stream where it can cause calcium build up in your arteries.

Weight bearing exercise is especially important for your bone health.
