Acai berries, almonds, apples, apricot pits, avocado, barley, bitter almond oil, blackberries, blueberries, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, celery, cherries, cherry pits, chili peppers, circumin/curry, coffee, eggplant, figs, flax seed, fruit, garlic, grains, grapes – red, grapefruit, greens – dark, green tea, honey, kale, kiwi, meat – (organic only), mushrooms, mustard, olive oil, onions, parsley, peach pits, peanuts, peppers – all, pineapple, red bell peppers, raspberries, red wine, rice, seaweed, spinach, strawberries, tomatoes, tomato products, whole grains

The form of Vitamin E found in plant seeds and nuts contains a compound that is not in supplements that slows the growth of cancer cells. They have found that many cancer patients have low levels of selenium.

It is very important to cut out cow’s milk, and to eat only organic meat – limited to 3-6 ounces a day. The hormones and antibiotics used in our commercial meat supplies are huge contributors to cancer growth.

Important nutrients for preventing or fighting cancers –

Vitamins A, C, D, E, beta carotene, and selenium.

Ginsing is said to help reduce the pain from chemo.

Also the compound Resveratrol contained in red and purple grapes, black berries, blue berries, and strawberries is said to prevent cancer cells from dividing.

I’ve been hearing a lot about Apricot pits and Vitamin B17, so I decided to do some detective work. The compound is amgdalin and can be found in almonds, apricot, peach, and cherry pits, and bitter almond oil – yes, like in the Bible. Interesting, isn’t it?

Please note that vitamin therapy requires very large doses and you need to be monitored by a doctor. Find a natural practitioner to work with you. Do not try large doses and alternate treatments on your own. It’s very dangerous.

Prevention is truly the best medicine.
