This is a great home remedy to help relieve sinus symptoms like runny nose, congestion, headache and such.
1 cup tomato juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Put the ingredients in a saucepan, heat, drink, and feel better.
It actually tastes good!
