This is a highly flavored, healthy, and fast salad dressing.
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
Whisk together vinegar, mustard and garlic.
Slowly add in oil, whisking continuously until emulsified.
Season with salt and/or fresh ground black pepper to taste.
Makes1 1/2 cups
