You don’t have to wait for a holiday to eat this favorite!

 

1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (mushroom haters, see note)

½ cup milk

1 teaspoon soy sauce

Fresh ground black pepper to taste

2- 14.5 oz. cans green beans, drained

1 –2.8 oz. can French fried onions

 

In 1 ½ quart microwave safe casserole dish, combine soup, milk, soy sauce, and pepper.

 

Stir in beans and ½ of the French fried onions.

 

Microwave – covered and vented – on high 7 minutes, stirring halfway through.

 

Sprinkle remaining onions on top. Microwave uncovered 1 minute.

 

Note –

I detest mushrooms! You can use cream of broccoli soup, or cheddar cheese soup. Omit the soy sauce if using cheese soup.
