White LiliesIsn’t spring really the best time to really start working on resolutions?

Once Easter and Passover have come, everything feels hopeful and new. Flowers are starting to appear, buds on the trees are ready to burst open,

The weather is warmer inviting us to get outside and get some vitamin D, exercise, and fresh air.

Fresh fruits and vegetables appear in the stores and farmer’s markets inviting us to taste their splendid flavors and get thinner and healthier.

Our mood is lifted. We are more optimistic and energized.

It’s the time when we want to clean the house – get rid of dirt and stale air

Its the time to lose weight and put on our healthy glow

We are filled with hope

There is an old saying – “Bloom where you are planted.”

Many people don’t grow because they don’t like where they are planted right now. But the only way to change things is to start where you are. Taking baby steps will get you farther than taking no steps.

Find one little step that you can take today.

Eat a salad instead of fries

Drink water in place of one soda

Do one push up

Clean one window

Take another baby step tomorrow.

How much progress will you have made if you just take 30 baby steps?

Awesome, isn’t it?
