New research is suggesting that we don’t really have trouble learning new things as we age, its just that our brains are too full.

 

Doesn’t that make sense? Sure makes me feel better.

        You know – they didn’t give an answer to that! My answer is to focus on the present – whats in front of you right now. Others say meditation.
