Do you need to lose weight?
I’ve been helping people lose weight and live healthier for many years now. My sister told me recently that she thinks she is losing too much weight. And that is from someone who does less than half of what I tell her.
I’m 59 years old and I wear a size 3. I take no meds. But I enjoy delicious food every day. I’m not vegan or anything weird. I just eat real food.
