1 Tablespoon Butter

4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves

1 can condensed Broccoli Cheese Soup *

½ cup water or milk

2 cups broccoli flowerets

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

 

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.

Cook chicken until browned on both sides, and juices run clear,about 10 minutes.

Spoon off any fat from pan.

Stir in remaining ingredients.

Heat over medium heat until boiling.

Reduce heat to low.

Cover and simmer 10 minutes, or until chicken is fork tender. Stir occasionally.

Commonly served over rice.

 

* try to find a soup with no corn syrup, and fewer chemical & GMO ingredients.
