I know, the warm weather is a little slow to come this year. For a little taste of summer, try the Aloha Salad for lunch. Its a fun salad and it will make you feel a little more like summer is coming.
Here is a picture of my workout. It is my little house, looking up from the lake. Try doing that a few times a day!
Take a walk. Clean out the gardens. Its easy to get your body moving once the weather gets nicer. Just don't over do it and hurt yourself!
All of your spring cleaning should be done except windows and carpets, right?

Once I got good at feeding us fresh real foods, my daughter stopped getting sick. As a side benefit – we've stayed thin. I was a size 10 when I got serious. I am now a size 2, and have been for years. My daughter went to live at her dad's for a while and put on a bunch of weight.
