This is the time of year where we tend to cuddle up on the couch with our soft throw, a bowl of popcorn, some hot chocolate, and Netflix. And that’s OK for a couple weeks.
But January is more than half over. Maybe its time to start putting life back together?
I don’t know about you, but I have piles of things “I will get to later…”
Bills to pay, things to read, license to renew, vacuum to fix, and, and, and…
Hey, at least the Christmas stuff is all put away. Hooray me!
Of course, starting not one, but two new courses inside the club was not the smartest idea.
What about you? Do you have a bunch of stuff that needs to be done?
I’ve started tackling it by finishing a couple things each day. It feels good.
You know, those things that we have hanging over us affect our mental well-being. No matter how hard we try to ignore them, they eat away at us.
So, go ahead – start taking care of those pesky things.
Don’t look at the whole pile. Put 2 or 3 things aside that you will take care of today, and just work your way through.
I really gotta fix that vacuum so I can put it away. Its really annoying me.
We are going to feel so much better!
