2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Green pepper squares
Pearl onions, or onion cubed

Mushrooms

Combine marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Add meat. Stir to coat. Cover tightly and refrigerate for 4 hours, or overnight.

On skewers, alternate meat, and vegetables- in varying combinations- (if using bamboo skewers, soak in water 30 minutes before threading) example- tomato, meat, green pepper, onion, meat, tomato, onion, meat, mushroom

Before lighting grill, spray grill with non stick spray.

Turn kabobs often, cooking until done- about 7-10 minutes.
