The pandemic has given us a taste of the life we thought we always wanted…

  • Getting up later
  • Not getting dressed or ready for the day – wearing pajamas meant for sleeping, not showering, brushing your teeth, putting on makeup …
  • Not eating well
  • Not exercising

Is it any wonder that people are feeling depressed, anxious, and lethargic?

Not so great after all, is it?

It’s our routines that hold life together. They make our lives feel safer and more predictable. They are comforting.

So lets get back in step!

  • Get up no later than 8.
  • Get dressed, brush your teeth, do your hair, put on your makeup.
  • Plan your meals.
  • Plan your day. Then work your plan.
  • Get out and take a walk.
  • Eat well.
  • Take care of the house.
  • Get to sleep before midnight.

Do this every day for a week and see how much more motivated and productive you are, and how much better you feel.

Yeah, its often the simplest things that have the most impact.
