- Get up no later than 8.

- Plan your meals.
- Plan your day. Then work your plan.
- Get out and take a walk.
- Eat well.
- Take care of the house.
- Get to sleep before midnight.
Do this every day for a week and see how much more motivated and productive you are, and how much better you feel.
