fun cooking

Everyone acts like they don’t know what to do. Baloney! We know what to do, people just don’t want to.

Here is the only guide you need –

Reduce your refined carbs – sugar, flour…

Eat Real Food! No frozen foods, canned foods, especially no boxed foods. Make your food from scratch so you’re not eating excess sugars, sodium and chemicals. (Frozen or canned fruits and vegetables are OK in a pinch.)

Eat more fruits and vegetables.

Try new recipes

Portion your meals out at the stove and bring your plate to the table.

Drink mostly water, coffee, or tea – no cream or sugar.

No pop of any kind, even diet.

No alcohol.

Walk or get your body moving 30–40 minutes a day.

Stop eating 2 hours before bed.

Get enough sleep.

This might sound a bit restrictive in the beginning. Its actually freeing. Once you adapt to a healthier lifestyle –
