My excuses are pitiful

We all make excuses about why we can’t do something, or why we aren’t farther along in life.

This video has shown me that my excuses are pitiful.

The truth is, we all have the same 24 hours a day.

But there are single working moms who manage to get it all done while working full time and going to school.

These days it is so easy to tell yourself that you don’t have the time to make your life better. Its accepted as ‘normal.’

But it makes us miserable.

You can start to change your mindset by taking small steps and accomplishing things. If other women who came from far worse circumstances can accomplish great goals, why can’t you?

You can cut your house work substantially just by doing something for 10 minutes a day.

You can eat healthier, save money and lose weight just by taking a few minutes a day to plan and set up your meals.

If you don’t have ten minutes, you don’t have a life.  Tony Robbins

Take some action today to make your life better. Then do it again tomorrow, and the day after that, and the day after that. Each day builds on the last. If you continue to make even small changes every day, consistently – your life will look totally different a year from now.

Will you join me in putting the pitiful excuses aside and taking real steps to improve your life?
