Acorn Squash with Mixed-Grain Stuffing

Roasted Turkey Rubbed with Coriander, Black Pepper, and Fennel

Pomegranate Relish

Quick-Pickled Chiles

Roasted Carrots and Parsnips with Minty Yogurt Sauce

Lemon-Pepper Green Beans

Shredded Brussels-Sprout Salad with Hazelnut Crunch

Sweet-Potato-and-Cauliflower Mash

Big Almond-Orange-Ginger Cookie

Here is my Traditional Thanksgiving Menu –

Turkey

Stuffing

Gravy

Mashed potatoes

Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Toasted Marshmallow topping

Glazed carrots,

Green bean casserole

Corn casserole

Cranberry Sauce

Cranberry/Walnut jello mold

Croissants (or rolls)

Pickles, olives

Green onions

Radishes

Birthday Cake (my daughter’s birthday is on the 25th)

Pumpkin Pie
