I was a working single mom, a clean freak, and a food snob. I wanted a clean house and fresh meals on the table all of the time.

I revised boxes of recipes to make them faster. We always ate well, even when we were on SNAP. I rarely make anything that takes more than 30 or 40 minutes. I like good food, but I don't love cooking it. You'll find all my easy recipes inside.
I was always fascinated by the power of nutrition, and I'm always looking for a natural way before turning to drugs. Plus, there were times when I couldn't afford doctors and prescriptions. I've learned tons about how to keep us thin, healthy and full of energy.
Home life was awesome -
Once I got it all together, we would sit around the dinner table most nights and talk and eat. We would clear the table and walk the dog. And we still had a couple hours before bed.
