Boy, in my neck of the woods, poison ivy is prolific! I never had to deal with poison ivy before moving to this neighborhood.
I figured it would be a good idea if you know what it looks like.
Its leaves of three. All three leaves come out of one node. The 2 outside leaves have a mitten shape. See the thumb?
If you get close enough, which I don’t suggest – the stem below the leaves is a reddish color.

Be careful out there! If you do not know an area, stay on the path!
I’ve never actually had a poison ivy rash, so I can’t vouch for any treatment. My neighbor across the street has really bad reactions. She has to get prescription meds and creams. A few people had it pretty bad last year.
It terrifies me.
