Many of the foods you eat everyday actually cause inflammation –

 

Avoid milk, sugars (all forms), trans fats (anything hydrogenated), gluten, MSG, highly processed meats – hot dogs, sausage, lunchmeats), processed or foods, artificial sweeteners, animal fats from grain fed animals, more than 7 alcholic drinks per week

Cut your inflammation response by reducing commercial meats, fish, and dairy, refined sugars, and refined grains.

The simpliest way to do this is to eat organic meats, cut out milk, pop, corn syrup, packaged foods, and make your own fresh real foods. Include lots of fresh vegetables and some fruit.
