Getting Worn Down?

Do All Things With Love

With all the uncertainty, its easy to feel stressed and tired.

We gone thru a range of emotions during this whole thing.

In the beginning, it seemed like a great opportunity to get things done at home –

  • Clean out the garage, basement, storage piles…
  • Repair the deck…
  • Plant new gardens and landscaping…
  • DIY remodeling projects…
  • Learn to cook new things…
  • Work out…

Yeah, we can handle this for a little while!

But now, its months later with no end in sight. We’re tired and bored.

Its getting harder to muster up the motivation to get even the simplest things done.

Its so easy to listen to all the negative brain chatter –

  • I don’t feel like it
  • No one appreciates it
  • Why bother?

What’s important to remember is why we do what we do in the first place.

Even the most mundane can be meaningful when we do all things with love.

You cook healthy meals because you love yourself and your family and you want them to stay healthy.

You wash the floors because you love your kids and you don’t want them crawling around on dirty floors.

You work out because you love the way it makes you look and feel, and you would love to be around to play with your grandkids.

You clean up the kitchen at night because you love how it feels to walk into a clean kitchen and pour yourself that first cup of coffee in the morning.

Change your thoughts and you change your world!
