Sinus and allergy problems are an immune system response to certain triggers. To prevent sinus problems, the number one thing to do is build your immune system –

Vitamin C every 2 hours to fight infection. Honey and cranberry juice also fight infection.

Drink plenty of fluids and NAC supplement to help keep mucus thin so it can drain.

Elevate your head when sleeping to help relieve drainage.
