Even though we’ve been living most of our life at home, summer still flew by, didn’t it?

I want to encourage you to get outside as much as possible. Its great for both your body and your mind.

Take a walk

Eat outdoors

Cook outdoors

Do yard work

Play golf, tennis, badminton, volleyball…

Enjoy the foods of the season. One of my favorite summer meals is grilled chicken, corn on the cob, potato salad, watermelon and don’t forget slicing up some home grown tomatoes!

If you live in the northern half of the country, or east of the Mississippi – get out and savor summer. Its going to be a long cold winter.

Members, there are tons of yummy salad and grilling recipes inside. Get in there and use them!

That’s all. Get out from behind the screen and get outside!
